To enhance its intelligence, Daewon CTS built a knowledge base (KB) leveraging organizational data on Vector/Graph databases. To provide a better user experience, the system was integrated with RAG and key enterprise systems and databases. At this stage, LLMs (Large Language Models) and SLMs (Small Language Models) are evaluated for their suitability to actual business requirements. Data processing
