Daewon CTS Dia Nexus began its AI business by supplying servers, networks, storage equipment, and solutions, which are core elements of AI infrastructure. From the beginning, Daewon CTS has sought to be a leading player in AI transformation, rather than simply a provider of AI solutions. Prior to the emergence of ChatGPT, Daewon CTS pursued an in-house chatbot project, and has since been accelerating Daewon CTS's AI transformation according to a roadmap, including the implementation of AI agents. Leveraging this experience as a core competency, Daewon CTS goes beyond simply providing AI technology and solutions, connecting its practical experience gained in enterprise AI projects to customer value, thereby establishing a true AI enterprise.

In December 2023, Daewon CTS implemented a chatbot based on OpenAI’s GPT-3.5 to improve customer service for Computer Korea, automating responses to frequently repeated inquiries and providing customer support functions such as product information and delivery status tracking.

Development of a product recommendation AI chatbot
In October 2024, we built a product recommendation system capable of providing better personalized services using Google's Gemini 1.5, a more advanced multimodal model. By integrating and analyzing diverse data, including text and images, we significantly improved customer personalized experiences. This process not only provided insights into multimodal data utilization strategies for improved accuracy, but also highlighted the importance of a deep understanding of AI security.

Development of
Sales Support Pilot V1
In March 2025, Daewon CTS implemented a system leveraging RAG technology and RPA to streamline internal knowledge retrieval and sales support. This enabled accurate and rapid internal information retrieval and successfully automated business processes through integration with existing systems such as ERP and CRM. This process demonstrated that data quality management is crucial to improving AI system performance, and that RPA-based process automation and seamless data compatibility with existing systems are crucial.

Sales Support Pilot V2
In December 2025, Daewon CTS integrated Meta's Llama 3 with Google's Gemini, aiming to build a system that empowers AI agents to perform tasks autonomously. This enabled the company to further refine and enhance its internal knowledge search and sales support systems, further enhancing task automation. Through this process, the company recognized the critical importance of being able to combine and utilize various AI models as needed. Furthermore, the company gained expertise in designing a system architecture that can continuously and flexibly adapt to a changing technological environment while ensuring the stability and security of AI systems.

Through its AI transformation journey, DAWON CTS has accumulated not only strong technical capabilities but also know-how in operational efficiency and AI system optimization. As a result, DAWON CTS was honored with an award at the 2024 Korea Artificial Intelligence Awards.
As the company continued to carry out internal AI projects, DAWON CTS recognized that active interest and participation from its employees are key to successful AI transformation. To support this, it conducts internal training and various incentive programs.

To accelerate its transition to enterprise AI, DAWON CTS is strengthening internal capabilities while closely tracking market, solution, and R&D trends across all areas of the AI full stack. In this effort, DAWON CTS hosted an internal company-wide event in February 2025 to share the organization’s vision and the business strategy of its Enterprise division. In addition, it is hosting the “Bi-Weekly 3T Academy,” a series of 12 seminars in 2025 featuring invited external experts.

For LLM/RAG-based AI chatbots and assistants to provide practical value in employees’ daily work, models must have access to the most up-to-date data. Alongside building LLM/RAG pipelines, DAWON CTS is capturing various types of data generated in everyday operations into a company-wide knowledge base (KB).
